Our Hours

The majority of our clients work during the day, and in answer to the many requests for after hour services, we have adjusted our hours.

We now offer our services in late afternoon and early evening, this way you don't have to miss work to receive financial coaching. In most cases our first appointment of our day is 5:00 p.m. and our latest is 7:00 p.m. Monday-Friday. All times are based on Eastern time zone and exclude holidays.

We respond personally to each client email request and are committed to providing each client the same level of service. Since each email is personally replied to, the responses take a dedicated amount of time to insure the proper information is provided. Email responses can be expected within two business days if not sooner, excluding holidays and weekends.

There may be times when our offices are closed for long holidays or vacation, we make every attempt to post this on our site and on these rare occasions you may receive an auto-response stating when we will return to the office to personally to your email.
